    Title
    Ending the Spiral
    Subtitle
A 7-Day Guide to Letting Go of Replay, Texts, and Self-Blame After a Breakup
    Image
    Your name + credential
    [Your Name], [Your Credential]
    Your method name
    The Reset Method™
    Tips
    • ·Title is the outcome they want, not the subject.
    • ·Subtitle names the exact moment they're stuck.
    • ·Drop your method's name on page 1 so the brand starts working.
    Section 02

    Hello

Don't sell anything yet. Tell them who you are and why this exists.

    Section title
    A Warm Hello
    Para 1: who you are
I'm [Your Name]. I work with people who can't stop replaying the relationship that ended.
    Para 2: why this exists
You can function. Life looks normal from the outside. But internally, the same loop keeps pulling you back. You replay. You analyze. You self-blame.
    Para 3: what they'll get
7 short days. Each one a small thing to do. No theory, no homework, no journaling for an hour.
    Photo of you
    Signature
    — [Your First Name]
    Tips
    • ·Include your photo. Anonymous coaches don't convert.
    • ·Three short paragraphs: who, why, what. Skip the full bio.
    • ·Don't pitch your paid offer yet — wait until page 8.
    Section 03

    The flip

Tell them what they thought was true is wrong. Then give them your version.

    Title
    Why You're Still Spiraling
    3 things it is NOT
The spiral is not weakness. It is not obsession. It is not a failure to let go.
    What it actually IS
The spiral is your nervous system trying to finish a story that ended without an ending.
    2 lines on why
When the bond ends without resolution, the body keeps the bond active. The mind keeps returning to the same moments looking for one.
    One sentence to remember
Self-blame is not insight. It is the system choosing familiar pain over uncertain grief.
    Tips
    • ·Negate three common false framings before you give yours.
    • ·Your reframe is a short noun phrase, not a feeling.
    • ·End with one repeatable line they can quote back to themselves.
    Section 04

    Name your method

Give it a name and a number. The reader needs something they can repeat.

    The name
    The Reset Method™
    One line: what it is
A 7-day sequence to interrupt the spiral, regulate the body, and return your attention to yourself.
    01Notice
    02Regulate
    03Detach
    04Return
    Why this matters
You don't need to feel ready. You need a sequence to follow when readiness doesn't show up.
    Tips
    • ·Pick a familiar number (7-day, 4-step, 90-second). Numbers make it tryable.
    • ·Symbol-stamp your method (™). Signals proprietary thinking.
    • ·Show the components visually before explaining each.
    Section 05

Action page (repeat for each step)

One thing to do. Three real examples. One line on why it works.

    Day number
    Day 1 — Notice
    Italic line
You can't change what you don't catch.
    The one thing to do
For 24 hours, write down the moment the spiral starts. Just the trigger. Nothing else.
    3 examples they can copy
A song from your phone. A friend's name they texted you about. A familiar restaurant. The exact phrase they used to say goodnight.
    Why this works
Your spiral feels random. It isn't. Naming the trigger steals 50% of its power on the first try.
    Tips
    • ·ONE action per page. Don't bundle.
    • ·Always include 3+ verbatim examples they can copy.
    • ·Use timed steps in seconds, not minutes.
    Section 06

    Make them write something

A blank to fill in beats a question. Once they've written it, they're in.

    Section name
    Day 3 — Detach: A 2-Minute Prompt
    The setup
    Complete this sentence:
    The blank
"If I stop blaming myself for what happened, I'm afraid I'll have to feel ______."
    What their answer means
Whatever you wrote in that blank — that's what the spiral has been protecting you from.
    3 likely answers
Usually it's grief. Sometimes it's powerlessness. Sometimes it's the finality of an ending you didn't choose.
    Tips
    • ·Sentence stems beat open prompts.
    • ·Tell them what their answer means.
    • ·Every page should ask the reader to engage somehow.
    Section 07

    What progress looks like

Lower their expectations. Quiet wins, not big claims.

    Title
    What Real Progress Looks Like
    Italic line
    Progress here is quiet.
    4 small wins
The spiral still appears, but it doesn't run the day. Thoughts lose urgency. Shame stops feeling like proof. Your body recovers from the trigger faster than yesterday.
    The reframe
This is not willpower. This is training.
    Bridge to next page
This guide is not meant to finish the work. It's meant to stop the bleeding.
    Tips
    • ·Quiet markers beat big claims.
    • ·Reframe effort as training, not willpower.
    • ·Last sentence sets up the pitch on the next page.
    Section 08

    The pitch

Name your paid program. No price. No link. No buy button.

    Setup
This guide is not meant to finish the work. It is meant to stabilize you enough to stop bleeding energy into the past.
    Your program name

    4-5 things it does
daily nervous-system regulation / structured detachment from the relationship / repair work that doesn't require their participation / rebuilding identity after the loss / training your body to feel safe alone

    One closing line
You did not deserve what happened. You can come back from it. — [Your First Name]
    Tips
    • ·ONE platform per row. Don't dump 8 channels.
    • ·End with a single signed line. Personal. Not a sales line.
    • ·If you only have one platform, just have one. Sparse beats fake-broad.
