Every figure is a captured Stripe payment, meaning the coach replied and the asker was charged. Authorizations that expired unanswered are excluded, because nobody paid them. Manually recorded rows are excluded too, because they have no Stripe charge behind them. Tips are gross, what the asker paid; the coach keeps 90% of their own price.
