Can an asker get a refund if the answer did not help?
There is no automatic refund for an answer you did not like, because the coach did the work you paid for. If the answer did not address what you actually asked, contact support with the question and the reply.
The protection you do have
You are never charged for an answer that does not arrive. The payment is captured only on reply, and an unanswered question expires after 7 days.
How to make a weak answer unlikely
Ask one specific question with the context that makes it yours. Vague questions get general answers at any price.
